The afternoon energy dip is biological, not a personal failure. No amount of caffeine can fully fix it. Pushing through fatigue is a quiet cascade: higher error rates, degraded work quality, and eventual burnout that drives your best talent out the door. As hybrid work evolves, employees lack a place to rest at work.
A 26-minute nap improved alertness by 54% and job performance by 34% in working pilots.
Napping significantly enhances memory consolidation, cognitive performance, and alertness.
Structured rest is already happening at Nike, Google, Ben & Jerry's, and Zappos.
Napp is a workplace recovery programme that gives employees access to guided rest sessions during the day. Each session helps people disconnect from their environment, settle quickly, and return with more clarity.
Not a nap pod and not a meditation app: a structured session, the hardware to deliver it, and the data to show it worked.
How it works
Guided meditation to relax your body and mind
Guided to support optimal recovery
Perfectly timed to leave you recharged
Dual delivery
Both formats deliver the same science-backed session, designed to reduce external stimulation and provide the cues the brain needs to relax.
VR Headset
An immersive VR environment that blocks out the visual and auditory distractions of the workplace. Guided visuals help employees switch off quickly and enter a restorative state.
Sleep mask
A lightweight Bluetooth sleep mask that delivers the same guided audio protocol in a flexible format, making it easy to use everywhere.
Quick questionnaires before and after each session track changes in mood, clarity and perceived rest, making recovery measurable and creating a more personalised experience over time.
Real data to manage recovery like any other measurable business input. The employer dashboard gives People Ops and CFOs the exact evidence needed to justify investment, track recovery, and retain talent.

Sleep happens in distinct stages, each with its own biological purpose. Napp specifically targets light sleep (NREM Stages 1 & 2), keeping sessions to a calibrated 10–20 minutes. This gives your brain and body a full system reset so you wake up immediately clear, sharp, and energized without any post-nap grogginess.

Supports executive function, mental clarity and better decision-making, making complex tasks easier to solve.
Bypasses deep-sleep inertia, so employees return immediately alert and ready to resume work.
Triggers brain activity involved in organising information, consolidating memories and maintaining focus.
Supports faster, more accurate execution of tasks involving movement and coordination.
Gives the body time to reset, easing muscle tension and slowing the heart rate.
Lowers cortisol levels, the main hormone linked to stress.
