The power of napping is rooted in neuroscience.

Sleep happens in stages, each with a unique purpose. Power naps focus on the lighter stages of sleep, helping your brain and body to reset without grogginess.
Our sleep science research is being developed in collaboration with the Loughborough University Sleep Science Department, while experiential testing is conducted in partnership with the Staffordshire University Serious Games Institute.
We have also successfully secured grant funding from WMHTIA, demonstrating strong early traction and external validation of the project.
